Cancellation and Reservation Policies

We are proud to offer the most popular tours and activities in the Cabo area and at the best prices available. We have personally experienced all of the tours we offer and can assure you that we have hand selected each one for their professionalism, quality and value.

Plus we offer a 100% No Port, No Pay Guarantee! If you reserve your tours through us and your cruise ship is not able to dock that day or cancels this port due to weather or mechanical issues, we will refund your credit for the full amount of the tour(s).

Cancellations and Changes

Once you receive a confirmation email from us, your reservation is guaranteed. Once you make your reservation, you will receive your confirmation to the email address you provided. Please be sure that you have submitted a valid email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder.

We are happy to make changes to your confirmation under these guidelines:

Individual Reservations

48 hours or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
24 hours prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
No shows or late arrivals – no refund

Group Reservations (private charters or tours for groups of 14 people or more)

15 days or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
Less than 15 days prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
No shows or late arrivals – no refund

Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email at info@tourdealscabo.com

Charges to your Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your reservations can be confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable we will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.

Prices and Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted in US dollars but charges are made in Mexican Pesos. We use the bank rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published dollar price.

Credit Card Safety

We want you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your tour, please bring your printed confirmation information with you along with a photo I.D.
